Terms of Service for King B Giveaways

Effective Date: September 25th, 2024

1. Introduction

Welcome to King B Giveaways. By entering our giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all participants in our giveaway and govern the relationship between you and King B Giveaways.

2. Eligibility

To enter and be eligible to win the giveaway, you must meet the following requirements:

    •    Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

    •    Must be a legal resident of the United States of America.

    •    Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Details

    •    Prize: Two (2) VIP Tickets to EDC Orlando.

    ◦    The prize is for event entry only and does not include travel or accommodation costs.

    •    Entry Period: The giveaway begins on September 25th, 2024 and ends on October 25th, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.

    •    Drawing Date: The winner will be selected by random drawing on October 26th, 2024.

    ◦    To be eligible, participants must be subscribed to our email list at the time of the drawing (October 26th, 2024).

4. How to Enter

Participants can enter the giveaway by:

    1    Visiting our official giveaway page and providing a valid email address through the opt-in form. (https://www.kubeoffers.com/edcorlando)

    2    Remaining subscribed to our email list until the winner is selected.

No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway. Purchasing products from King B Distribution or its affiliates does not improve your chances of winning unless optional bonus points are accumulated as described in Section 5 below.

5. Bonus Points / Entries

Participants can earn bonus points for additional entries by purchasing products from https://www.kingbdistribution.com/ during the Entry Period:

    •    From September 25th, 2024 to October 25th, 2024, every $1 spent = 1 bonus point.

    •    During the Bonus Period from October 18th, 2024 to October 25th, 2024, every $1 spent = 5 bonus points.

These points will be added to the total number of entries each participant has in the drawing, increasing the chance of winning.

Purchases are NOT required to enter the giveaway. They are optional and will only be used to gain bonus entries.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

    •    The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

    •    The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing (by November 2nd, 2024).

    •    If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 72 hours, King B Giveaways reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

    •    King B Giveaways is not responsible for any incorrect or outdated contact information provided by entrants.

7. Prize Conditions

    •    The winner will receive two (2) VIP Tickets to EDC Orlando.

    ◦    The prize includes entry to the event only. Any additional costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, food, and other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

    •    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

8. Marketing Consent

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to receiving marketing emails and communications from King B Distribution and its affiliated brands, including but not limited to:

    •    Kush Kube

    •    Kratom Kube

    •    Shroom Kube

    •    LFG Kratom

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the instructions in the email, but doing so before the drawing date will make them ineligible for the giveaway prize.

9. Limitations of Liability

King B Giveaways is not responsible for:

    •    Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected due to technical errors, internet service disruptions, or other reasons beyond our control.

    •    Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s use of the prize.

    •    Event cancellations or changes beyond our control that may affect the prize, such as EDC Orlando schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. General Conditions

    •    King B Giveaways reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway at any time if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, fraud, or any other cause beyond our control.

    •    King B Giveaways reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms of Service or engages in any fraudulent activity.

    •    All decisions made by King B Giveaways regarding the administration of the giveaway and the selection of the winner are final and binding.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and the giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah.
